​Considering issues of space and context, Isrol MediaLegal presents the result of his residency at Kersan Art Space in his solo exhibition “Kesan Kersan Pertama Sangat Menggoda”. Working primarily with large stencils – a favored medium as a street artist - Isrol presents both a series of work created specifically in Kersan’s gallery space as well as a more in-depth documentation study of his work in various public spaces in cities throughout Java. Exploring issues of space and context in such varied locations Isrol demonstrates the ability of a single image to take on multiple identities.
