​Digital media has become a part of human life today, whether it's just for personal use, employment, education and other purposes. In the development of art, digital media has become part of the creative process of artists at this time, either to support the work process or as the main medium in their work.

"Resolution" became the title of this exhibition, which is a representation of the digital media that is close to the artists Awang Behartawan and Adi Yadoni. Awang choose photography and Adi choose videography. Aside from being the main medium, digital media has become a part of their working process as outlined in the two-dimensional works such as drawing, painting and digital graphics. Awang and Adi are presenting works of drawing, graphics, installations, and video. There is also collaboration performance by Fred Lataste where ‘fractal’ is the theme.

This collaborative exhibition aims to create a dialogue and bridge differences in culture and art practices that exist among artists - not to look for differences, but to see the similarities between the two artists.

Resolution Exhibition is organized by Kersan Art Studio and held in Studio Kalahan, Yogyakarta on 22nd - 29th October 2015 and followed by an exhibition at Volvo Art Loft, Singapore in April 2016
